Terms Of Service
General info
· Terms: The Artist (Myself) & The Client (You).
· The Client must be of legal age 18+.
· All deadlines must be decided & agreed upon by The Artist & The Client.
· Commission with a deadline less than 2 weeks will be charged a Rush Fee.
· Minimum deadline period varies on Commission Type & Complexity.
· The Artist reserves the right to deny any commission for any reason without explanation.
· The Artist reserves the right to alter / change / remove any and all information from this T.O.S Terms Of Service.
· The Artist refuses ANY & ALL NFT / AI (Artificial Intelligence) / Crypto. The Artists work is prohibited to be used in any exploitive practices or training.
Terms Of Use
· Commissions are Personal Use Only.
· (Commercial rights can be discussed & purchased separately.)
· The Client is prohibited to: sell, edit, distribute, alter, crop, trace, color-over, remove watermarks, manipulate, reproduce or use to train AI (Artificial Intelligence Technologies) to generate in any way. Nor shall The Client sublicense others to reproduce or use to train AI (Artificial Intelligence Technologies) to generate in any way, The Artists Art or Commissions.
· The Client is allowed to post the lower-res version of the Commission on their Social Media with full credit linking back to The Artist.
· The Client is prohibited from posting any high-res files to any platform, high-res files are for personal use only.
· The Artist retains all Rights to the Artwork / Commission.
· If Commissioned to illustrate an Original Character: The Client retains rights to their Original Character, not the Artwork itself.
· If Commissioned to create Fanart: The Company or Studio retains rights to the Character(s), The Client has no rights to the Character(s) nor the Artwork itself.
· The Artist retains all rights to post on any of their Social Media, Galleries, Sell Prints, Merchandise and Publications, especially to Promote their Business.
· The Artist retains all rights to Live Stream / Record / Display these Commissions / Artwork.
· Check Private Commission info under "How To Commission" below.
Payment & Fees
· Commissions must be paid through PayPal or CashApp.
· Applicable Commission Fee's:
· Rush Fee: ~25%-80%
· (Fee is dependent on Rush severity. Note: 5 Business Days is the minimum allowed deadline.)
· Private Commission Fee: 20%
· Revision Fee: 2 revisions are allotted during the Commission Process. Then ~20% after allotted revisions. Check "What To Expect" section below for more info.
· (Revisions after a Commission is Completed will result in higher fee & is negotiable.)
· All Commissions are to be paid 100% upfront in $USD.
· No work will begin until Payment is received.
Refund Info
· Commissions are non-refundable.
· Exceptions to this:
· The Artist can not start the Commission for whatever reason.
· The Artist can not provide or finish the Commission for whatever reason.
· The Artist reserves the right to Cancel a Commission if The Client is unable to comply with or breaks any Terms Of Service. By breaking Terms of Service, The Client waives their right to a refund.
how to commission
· Commission Form: HERE
· Provide a detailed Commission description including:
· Commission Type: Sketch, Portrait, Character Design / Concept Art, Illustration, Etc.
· Composition: Face, Bust, Torso or Full Body.
· Important Cultural Elements / Clothing / Props / Accessories.
· Provide any & all References / Mood Boards / Pinterest Boards / Written Descriptions.
· Specify Commission Deadlines & Privacy.
· Private Commissions will not be Published, Streamed, Recorded or Shared in any way, special terms should be discussed in The Artist's Commission Form linked above.
What To Expect
· Beautifully & carefully crafted Artwork.
· Top Quality Customer Service & Support / Guidance / Work Flow dedicated to making The Client's Commission PERFECT.
· Daily / Weekly / Monthly W.I.P's & Updates.
· The Client is allotted 2 revisions during the Commission process.
· Revisions include larger changes after initial Thumbnail approval, minor changes don't count as revisions.
· Check Payment & Fees section above for any applicable Revision fees.
· A High-Res (personal use only) copy of your Commission & Low-Res version for Social Media sharing.
Will Do
· Portraits / Pinups / Fanart / Original Characters / Concept Art / Character Art / Tattoo Designs / Humans / Animals / Humanoids / Nature / Landscapes / Scenery
· Nudity: Artistic Nudity & NSFW 18+ only.
· Gore / Horror / Dark Art / Violence: Blood / Cuts / Bruises / Guts / Etc.
(Note: The Artist reserves the right to decline any Commission deemed too inappropriate or not in line with their vision or brand.)
Won't Do
· No: Graphic Design.
· No: Underage suggestive anything, you will be banned from my Services & Blacklisted.
· No: Homophobic / Transphobic / Racist / Ablest / Hateful Art.
· No: Beastiality / Furry / Fursona.
· No: Art outside of The Artist's personal style such as: Anime / Cartoonism / Etc.
Final Disclaimer
· By submitting a Commission Form you hereby Agree & Understand all Terms in this T.O.S.
· Breaking this Terms Of Service (T.O.S) will result in being Blacklisted from The Artist's Services.· For any questions, please feel free to reach out via The Artist's DM's or Email.

Sketch Commissions
· Sketch Commissions involve no color, textured lines, sketchy appearance, loose details etc. The essence of the subject is most important. Sketches can be of your Character or Someone Else.* Washed of color may be Requested* Complex elements will result in a slight price increase
Portrait Commissions
· Portrait Commissions mostly involve a heavy focus on the Subject. IE : You or Your Character! This means a composition from the chest up with a relatively simple background.* Can be requested in Realistic or Stylized Rendering* Complex Designs IE: Armor / Jewelry / Tattoos / Complex Background / Multiple Person or Character will increase the price & varies

Character Design / Concept Commissions
· Character Design Commissions involve a rendered version of your Character that may or may not exist fully yet. I help you bring your character(s) to life via your descriptions. These Commissions are popular with D&D Characters and such. Commission includes a complete character render in a static pose on a plain / basic background.* Complex Design / Multiple Character / Complex Background will increase the price & varies** Any mobility aids IE: (wheelchairs / walkers / scooters / etc) or service animals will NOT have an extra charge💖
Illustration Commissions
· Illustration Commissions involve a focus on a Character or Characters in an environment. Composition is usually more complex including pose, possible props etc with a more detailed and thought-out background and perspective.* Multiple Characters / Complex Design will increase the price & varies** Any mobility aids IE: (wheelchairs / walkers / scooters / etc) or service animals will NOT have an extra charge💖
